Visited by Mr. Tang Rui, the Minister of Chinese Embassy in Malaysia and delegation. The honoured guests were warmly welcome by representatives of Alliance Steel (M) Sdn. Bhd.
Accompanied by the leaders of the company, Minister and delegation arrived at the lobby of administrative building to have a look on the sand table model of ASSB.
Soon after, Minister and delegation visited living quarter of ASSB. He appreciated the company for providing employees with a better living environment and various living supporting facilities.
Accompanied by the companys top management, Minister and his delegation visited the company's production plant. Throughout the visit, representatives from ASSB provide a detailed introduction and explanation of the production process and technology to the Minister. The companys advanced production technology, quality and numerous products have been recognized by Minister. Besides, he commended the high-quality talent team, advanced scientific management mode and standardized corporate image cultivated by the company.
After the site visit, a discussion was held in the conference room of companys administrative building. Representatives from Alliance Steel extended a warm welcome and heartfelt gratitude to the Minister and delegation for their long-term guidance and support. “With the increasingly intensive cooperation and relationship between China and other countries in the world, the number of Chinese enterprises expand abroad is growing day by day. Alliance Steel will keep in step with “Belt and Road Initiative” policy, to be more proactive in establishing mutual benefit and win-win cooperative relationship with Malaysia in steel industry”, said by top management of Alliance Steel, and continued to introduce companys operation, development history and future strategic plan. Alliance Steel expressed gratitude for the policy support and epidemic prevention guidance from the embassy throughout the epidemic period, as well as the assistance provided in sustaining companys production development and human resources. Alliance Steel sincerely seek for the help and support from the embassy in resolving the difficulties encountered such as insufficient quota of Chinese employees, hassle of bringing in Chinese technicians, high turnover rate, challenges in handling occupational injury and death, etc.
The embassy expressed their gratitude to Alliance Steel for the warm reception. Besides, they acknowledged the company for playing a crucial role in national strategic plan of Belt and Road Initiative, and the great efforts made by company on epidemic prevention. The embassy will form a close ties with Alliance Steel, provide policy support in terms of employment problems, assist in occupational injury and death handling measures, and try their best in resolving difficulties encountered by the Chinese enterprises in their overseas business operation.
