High Speed Wire Rod

High Speed Wire Rod

High speed wire rod is rolled on a high speed wire rod mill with fast production speed and larger disc (the maximum weight of the disc can reach 2500kg), the packaging is usually tight and neat. High speed wire rod refers to the wire rod rolled by “high speed non-twist rolling mill”. The rolling speed is 80-160 m/s, each weight (disc) is 1.8-2.5 tons, dimensional tolerance is high (up to 0.02mm), and the process parameters can be adjusted during the rolling process (especially on the cooling line) to ensure differentrequirements of the products.

Bar

Bar

Bars can generally be machined. There are many materials that can be made into bars, such as steel bars, aluminium bars, copper bars, wood bars, rubber bars, plastic bars, glass bars. The main difference between bar and wire are as follows:

1) Usually the wire is not provided in straight strips, but in discs.

2) The length of the wire is generally very large relative to its cross-sectional size.

3)The cross-sectional direction of the wire is generally no longer processed.

H-beam Steel

H-beam Steel

H-beam steel is a high efficiency profile with more optimized section area distribution and reasonable strength-weight ratio. H-beam ratio is named for its cross-section identical to the English letter “H”. Because all parts of the H-beam steel are arranged at right angles, it has the advantages of strong bending resistance, simple construction, cost saving and light weight, thus, it has been widely used.
